Maternal Mental Health Program
Expert mental health care at every stage of your reproductive journey.
Care Tailored to Your Unique Journey
Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating fertility treatment, mid-pregnancy, going through postpartum recovery, or experiencing grief or loss, we offer thoughtful, evidence-based reproductive mental health care.
Mental health support during pregnancy, postpartum, and across the reproductive lifespan is not optional; it is essential. Yet far too often, birthing people are met with silence, stigma, or conflicting advice when they need care the most.
Request Appointment- Nearly 1 in 5 birthing people will experience a mental health condition during or after pregnancy. More than 75 percent will not receive treatment.
- Mental health conditions are the leading cause of maternal mortality in the United States. Yet, more than half of psychiatric providers report feeling unprepared to treat perinatal patients.
Foresight is here to change that.
Why Choose Foresight?
Our goal is simple: to ensure you feel seen, understood, and fully supported at every stage of your reproductive journey.
-
Timely and Thoughtful Access to Care. No long waitlists; most clients are seen within a week, often sooner. Our intake process is thorough. You’ll begin with a psychiatric provider who will review your history, current challenges, and treatment goals with you.
-
Fully Virtual and Comprehensive Care. Access therapy, psychiatry, support groups, and wellness resources virtually through one connected experience. No driving across town or juggling schedules; just compassionate care, delivered wherever you are.
-
Specialized Psychiatric Providers. Our psychiatric providers are trained in reproductive mental health, including fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, and more. Whether you’re seeking clarity around medication or ongoing management, you’re in expert hands.
-
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy with clinicians who have deep experience and real understanding of all aspects of reproductive mental health, including parenting, partnerships, identity, and trauma.
-
Workshops and Webinars for Real Life. Sometimes support comes from a community. Our virtual workshops and webinars offer education, perspective, and connection — no matter where you are in the parenting or reproductive journey.
-
Personalized and Connected Care. Your care team may have many players. We aim to coordinate closely with your OB, midwife, and any other members of your care team to ensure your support system is aligned. We’ll create a personalized care plan to support your overall well-being that goes beyond medication and therapy. It will include short- and long-term goals to meet your evolving needs on your reproductive journey.
-
Insurance-Friendly Access. Cost and coverage shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the support and care you need. We work with most major commercial insurance plans and make the process transparent from the start.
As clinicians, it is our responsibility to meet our patients with empathy and guide them through complex decisions with compassion. Whether through therapy, peer support, or medication when indicated, treatment should be considered a necessity not a luxury.
