Perinatal Mental Health Care That Is Personalized, Accessible, and Built for Real Life

Support during pregnancy, postpartum, and other reproductive life transitions from PMH-C certified clinicians with specialized expertise in maternal mental health.

Our team provides compassionate, collaborative care that recognizes the emotional, psychological, physical, and practical complexity of this stage of life.

Accessible Care, Designed For Real Life

Getting started should feel clear and manageable. Our program is designed to reduce barriers to care during a stage of life that is often already incredibly demanding. We offer virtual, insurance-based care with same-week appointments available, along with easy online
self-scheduling.

Beyond clinical care, patients also have support from a dedicated care coordinator. Our goal is to make it easier to access thoughtful, specialized care without unnecessary friction.

Why Specialized Perinatal Mental Health Care Matters

Mental health concerns during pregnancy and postpartum are common, but many people do not get the care they need. Symptoms may be missed, minimized, or hard to name, and getting help can be challenged by stigma, limited access to specialized care, unclear information, and the demands of this stage of life.

We also know that care during this time requires more than treating symptoms in isolation. Decisions are shaped by questions about medications, breastfeeding, physical recovery, sleep, and family life. We help patients understand their options, think carefully through potential benefits and risks, and make informed choices that feel right for their needs, values, and goals. Above all, we want patients to feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout their care.

Our Services

We provide specialized perinatal care through both psychiatry and therapy, so patients can receive support under one roof when both are needed. Because our team works closely together and knows each other well, care can feel more coordinated, collaborative, and seamless. We also value working with the other people involved in a patient’s care, including obstetric providers and outside clinicians, to help ensure support feels aligned across settings.

We know support often extends beyond treatment alone, and we help patients build a broader network of care through education, peer support, and other helpful support resources.

Psychiatry and medication management

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment with attention to pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, reproductive planning, and shared decision-making.

Therapy

Evidence based therapy for depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, adjustment to parenthood, trauma, loss, relationship stress during the perinatal period, and more.

Care coordination support

Help navigating referrals, scheduling, disability paperwork, and barriers to wellness. When helpful, we also work to connect
patients with additional supports such as community resources, peer support, and services that can make this stage of life
feel more manageable.

Patient education and support resources

We aim to help patients feel informed and empowered in their care. Through educational webinars we offer clear information to help patients and families better understand common maternal mental health concerns, related treatment options, and teach supportive tools.
