On-site Associate Mental Health Therapist (Berkeley, CA)

Berkeley, California, United States

Interested in a New Associate Opportunity in Berkeley? Let’s Connect.

We’re currently exploring the development of a new Associate role connected to our Berkeley office. While details are still taking shape, we’re excited to begin conversations with associate therapists who may be interested in helping us build this opportunity.

This is a unique chance to join us at an early stage, where the structure of the role will be thoughtfully shaped based on both evolving business needs and alignment with the right candidates. We’d love to connect, learn more about your goals, and explore how this opportunity could grow with you.

Foresight’s Associate Program is already well-established in a virtual format across California, providing associates with the support, supervision, and resources needed to thrive on the path to licensure. What makes this Berkeley-based opportunity distinct is the potential for in-person connection, including engagement with clinical leadership, collaboration with colleagues, and relationship-building with local clients and the community.

Our Associate Program is designed for therapists who are passionate about delivering thoughtful, attuned care to individuals, couples, and families, and who are seeking meaningful support as they grow in their clinical careers.

As a Foresight Associate Therapist, you can expect:

  • A consistent schedule aligned with your availability (with potential evening and/or weekend needs)
  • Ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, consultation groups, and dedicated support for caseload building, credentialing, and billing
  • Free in-house Continuing Education
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners
  • Real human support through live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams
  • Supervision provided by an independently licensed therapist
  • Opportunities to provide psychotherapy across the lifespan
  • Hands-on experience with assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Responsibility for managing your caseload and supporting client engagement

If you’re excited by the idea of helping shape a new, locally connected associate therapist experience in Berkeley, we’d love to start a conversation. Completing this interest form is the first step. We look forward to learning more about you and exploring what we can build together.
