I believe in continuous self-improvement for myself and those around me. I hope to help others with their journey of self-discovery and achieving balance and happiness through our work together. Parents who are struggling, individuals with acculturation issues, trauma survivors, people going through life transitions/grief and loss. I am a child of an immigrant family and a parent to 3 multicultural-multiracial children. I have lived experience as a BIPOC living in a multicultural community. Having been trained in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, it guides much of my work.
