I became a therapist because I’ve always felt drawn to helping others through life’s most difficult moments. Growing up, I saw how impactful it was to feel truly seen and supported, and I wanted to be that person for others. I believe that with the right support, people can heal, grow, and thrive—even after pain, trauma or dealing with life challenges. Being a therapist allows me to walk alongside clients as they rediscover their strength and build meaningful change.
I want you to feel seen, heard, and supported each time we meet. I’ll do that by actively listening without judgment, checking in to make sure I’m understanding you clearly, and adjusting our pace to fit your comfort. Your experiences and feelings matter here—this is your space to be real, and I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and respect.
Working together means creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to be yourself. I build trust by showing up consistently, being transparent, and truly listening without judgment. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll check in regularly to make sure our work is aligned with your goals. This partnership is built on collaboration, honesty, and care.
