I became a therapist because I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and understood, especially when life feels overwhelming. I’ve worked with people from many walks of life, including LGBTQIA+ and marginalized communities, but anyone who’s felt unseen or unheard belongs here. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, explore identity and self-discovery, and work on challenging negative beliefs about themselves. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected and empowered to find your own meaning and path forward. Therapy isn’t about me giving answers, it’s about us working together at your pace.
For me, it’s about showing up and listening. I want you to feel like you don’t have to filter yourself here. I’ll meet you where you’re at and check in along the way to make sure this space feels safe and honest for you. My priority is building real trust, not just saying the right words. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen and heard and that’s what I am here to offer.
Building trust starts with creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to be yourself. I focus on consistency, transparency, and moving at your pace, checking in often to make sure you feel supported along the way. I believe your trust grows through genuine connection by being present and honoring your experiences without judgment. Working together means building a relationship that feels supportive, collaborative, and real.
