I became a therapist because I saw significant growth and healing in myself through my own experience in therapy. Eventually, I became a mom and sought support during each of my own pregnancy and postpartum periods, deciding to specialize in perinatal mental health after experiencing the supportive, helpful, gentle guidance of therapists who understood what I was going through.

I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be authentic. I am empathetic and curious, using humor and relatable insights to connect with clients, focusing on building rapport and finding a way that works for our unique therapeutic relationship.

I offer an exploratory, collaborative approach where we will work together to find what might be keeping you stuck through a compassionate lens which makes room for gentle accountability and tapping into your resilience and resourcefulness. I encourage flexibility and changing course when needed. I want to help you pursue meaningful change that considers both your lived experience and desire for growth and symptom management.

I’m not like a regular mom, I’m a cool mom. I both delight in my kids and the hilarious things they say, and I also enjoy going to the beach to write in my journal child-free. Sometimes I’m chasing them around the zoo, sometimes I’m lamenting their inside-out socks strewn about my home, sometimes I’m losing to them at Mario Kart. I approach motherhood with self-compassion, and I cope by connecting with other moms who get it.
