I became a therapist because I’ve seen how challenging it can be to feel disconnected—from yourself, from your partner, or from the life you want to be living. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, conflict, or feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t working, I find it meaningful to support individuals and couples in creating more clarity, connection, and direction.

I work with both individuals and couples, using an approach informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This means we focus on helping you develop psychological flexibility—learning how to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions in a way that supports, rather than disrupts, your relationships and values. In couples work, this often involves improving communication, increasing emotional awareness, and helping both partners move toward what matters most in the relationship rather than getting stuck in cycles of reactivity or avoidance. ACT-based approaches have been increasingly adapted to support couples by strengthening emotional connection and shared values.

My first priority in any session is to create a space where you feel heard and understood. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect back what I hear so that each person feels seen and respected. In couples therapy, I work to ensure both partners feel equally supported while also helping you better understand each other’s perspectives.
Working together is a collaborative process. We will focus not only on reducing conflict or distress, but also on building a stronger, more meaningful connection—whether that’s improving communication, rebuilding trust, or aligning your relationship with shared values. I’ll support you with practical tools and guided conversations while recognizing that both of you bring strengths and insight into the process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and slowing down to appreciate simple moments—whether that’s exploring nature, reading, or spending time with family and friends. These experiences help me stay grounded and bring balance into both my life and my work.
