Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy. Our purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are looking for passionate therapists to help fulfill that purpose!

As a Foresight Therapist, You’ll Enjoy:

  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health nurse practitioners, and registered dieticians

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver therapy to the Agua Fria school district employees (virtually and in-person)
    • Full-time: 30-35 hours per week; Monday-Thursday between 12pm-7pm or 1pm-8pm and 11a-6p on Friday. Option to work Saturday in lieu of a weekday.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
  • Manage your caseload and schedule in partnership with the school district

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salaries:
    Full-time: $70,000-80,000/year based on experience and desired weekly hours

What We’re Looking For:

  • Foresight seeks Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid roles).
  • We seek clinicians who are committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. They should be well-versed in mental health counseling practices,  including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning, and proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
